FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS- Do you organize trips in winter ? YES. We organize sightseeing tours all year round, so if you want to visit the city in winter just take some warm clothes and come to Cracow. Since the tourist season in Cracow lasts all year long, our summer and winter offers do not differ much. - How early do I have to book a tour ? The earlier we know about your plans, the better because it will enable us to prepare a trip that will meet your particular needs and expectations, especially in high season (from May to August) when Cracow is full of tourists. At the latest we would like to know two days before your arrival to Cracow that you want to visit the city with us. - What's the price for sightseeing if there is only one participant ? If you are the only participant of a particular trip, you simply pay the price specified for one person. The only exception is an all-day trip which requires at least 3 people. - How is it possible to order a customized trip ? If you want to visit Cracow in the way you like, you should contact us and tell us about your expectations. The best way to do this is to write an e-mail before coming to Cracow, so that we can arrange all the details beforehand. Whenever you have any questions, please do not hesitate to let us know about it. - How many people can a group consist of ? We generally prefer small sightseeing groups, up to 10 people, because this enables all the participants to take maximum advantage of the tour. However, we also accept groups of up to 15 people when such a need arises. If you prefer to visit the city only with your friends or family, please tell us about it. - What about your bike trips ? We organize bike trips around Cracow and in its vicinity. It is perfect for tourists who have little time but want to see as much as possible, and for those who want to have a general idea what Cracow is like, so that they can visit it individually later. Such trips must be booked in advance (3 days). - Is it possible to visit Nowa Huta with you ? Of course! It is one of the most unusual places in Cracow, and surely worth-seeing. To visit it, it would require a separate trip as it is quite far form the city center and it covers a vast area. It's perfect for people interested in the history and culture of communism and 20-century Poland. - What are the average prices for the tickets to museums ? Admission to most churches and university buildings is free, but you will have to pay for the tickets to St. Mary's church (about 1 euro), the Royal Cathedral (about 2.5 euros), the Wawel Castle (about 5 euros), Armory and Treasury (about 4 euros), and the synagogue (about 1 euro). |
